Arun Korati

Based in Bangalore, Arun Korati joined British International Investment as a Director in the Infrastructure team, with a specific focus on Ayana Renewable, British International Investment’s renewable energy platform in India. Presently, Arun works closely with the Chief Investment Officer’s team, to provide insight and guidance on our investments in South Asia.

Arun has around 29 years’ experience of working in the Indian private equity space, managing investments across various disciplines, including , start-ups, growth private equity, public markets, infrastructure and real estate. Prior to joining British International Investment, where he worked in the 1990s, Arun was at IL&FS Private Equity arm and also headed up Axis Bank’s private equityarm.

Arun is a qualified Mechanical & Civil Engineer and has post-graduate degrees in marketing and costing.
