Mark Kenderdine-Davies

Mark is British International Investment’s Chief Legal Officer with oversight of the company’s legal and tax affairs. He joined BII in 2006 as its General Counsel/Company Secretary and has since built a high-calibre team of legal and tax specialists and a corporate secretariat, which advises and supports all investments.

Under Mark’s leadership, the team has negotiated debt, equity, fund, project finance, supply chain finance, trade finance and risk participation investments in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Mark serves on our operations committee having previously served on our private funds investment committee.

Mark Kenderdine-Davies will be chairing a discussion on ‘Investment Opportunities in West Africa’ on the morning on 24 April.
